Lancelot (Lance) L. Minor has practiced law with Bourland Heflin Alvarez Minor & Matthews, PLC (BHAMM) since 1994. He primarily concentrates on cases involving general civil law, with a focus on business transactions, litigation and dispute resolution. In the handling of a wide variety of commercial matters, Lance regularly represents and advises individuals, companies, banks and financial institutions in the purchasing, sale, restructure and transfer of companies; business assets; loan transactions; leases; business succession proceedings; corporate matters; and work-outs. Lance also often represents clients on all types of real estate, wills, trusts and probate matters, as well as alcohol and beverage licensing matters. He is licensed to practice law in both Tennessee and Mississippi.
