
Robert “Bob” Pinstein concentrates his practice in the areas of
acquisition and sale of real estate, mortgage secured transactions
(shopping centers, hotels, multifamily, office buildings, warehouse,
student housing), general business, lending law, general corporate
(limited liability companies, tenancies-in-common, corporations, limited
partnerships and partnerships) contracts, acquisition and sale of
businesses; real estate financing, 1031 exchanges, real estate
development, work-outs, foreclosures, leasing, and title insurance
matters. Drawing upon his litigation experience, he works closely with
the firm's litigation attorneys in business, secured lending and real
estate related disputes.
Mr. Pinstein was elected a fellow of
the American College of Mortgage Attorneys in 1994, and served on its
board of Regents and in various offices, including National President of
that organization. He has been engaged in professional and charitable
endeavors, acting as director, committee chairperson and officer
capacities on numerous boards.
